About This Internship
HYE GAMING, a prominent esports organization, is offering an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about esports and management. We are seeking a dedicated Esports Manager Intern to join our team. This unpaid internship provides hands-on experience in esports team management, event coordination, and player support within the dynamic esports industry.
Responsibilities:
Team Support: Assist in managing esports teams, including player coordination, scheduling, and communication to ensure optimal performance and team cohesion.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of esports events, tournaments, and matches, coordinating schedules, logistics, and communication with participants.
Player Development: Work closely with players to provide guidance, support, and resources for skill development, mental resilience, and overall well-being.
Community Engagement: Interact with the esports community, fans, and sponsors, fostering positive relationships and representing HYE GAMING professionally.
Reporting: Compile and analyze team performance data, event outcomes, and player feedback, providing insights to improve team strategies and performance.
Collaboration: Collaborate with coaches, analysts, and other team members to optimize training regimens, strategies, and overall team dynamics.
Requirements:
Passion for Esports: Genuine passion for the esports industry, including knowledge of popular games, players, teams, and tournaments.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support esports players effectively.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to coordinate team activities, schedules, and events efficiently.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work within a team, accepting feedback and contributing to a positive team environment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges and solve problems related to team dynamics, player performance, and event coordination.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with esports games and gaming platforms, as well as basic knowledge of streaming and esports-related software.

Requirements
You must have passion for gaming and esports! HYE GAMING puts heart into every project, we look for people who want to make a change.
For legal reasons, you must be a United States citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States. Exceptions are only for projects taking place outside of the United States.
You must be willing to work remote (have your own reliable computer) and have experience using computers, Discord, and Google Suits.
Please come prepared. As an intern, you are not a professional, but you should already know at least the basics of what it takes to be in this career field. We are not going to teach you how to use Discord or your own computer. However, we will be teaching everything you need to know, inorder to better yourself to enter your chosen career field.
