About This Internship
HYE GAMING, a thriving esports organization, is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals interested in business development and partnerships. We are seeking a dedicated Leads & Partnerships Intern to join our team. This unpaid internship provides hands-on experience in cultivating leads, building partnerships, and enhancing relationships within the esports industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads within the esports industry, including brands, sponsors, and potential collaborators.
Partnership Outreach: Assist in outreach efforts to potential partners, presenting HYE GAMING's value proposition and exploring collaboration opportunities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring regular communication, updates, and mutual benefit.
Collaborative Projects: Work closely with partners on joint initiatives, events, and marketing campaigns, coordinating efforts and ensuring successful outcomes.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions (virtually or in person), representing HYE GAMING and exploring partnership prospects.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of leads, partnership agreements, communications, and collaborations for reference and reporting.
Requirements:
Business Acumen: Basic understanding of business development concepts, lead generation strategies, and partnership building within the esports or related industries.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and proposals professionally.
Networking: Proactive attitude towards networking, building connections, and representing HYE GAMING positively in various professional settings.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage leads, partnerships, and collaborative projects efficiently.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with email communication, document management, and CRM software is a plus.

Requirements
You must have passion for gaming and esports! HYE GAMING puts heart into every project, we look for people who want to make a change.
For legal reasons, you must be a United States citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States. Exceptions are only for projects taking place outside of the United States.
You must be willing to work remote (have your own reliable computer) and have experience using computers, Discord, and Google Suits.
Please come prepared. As an intern, you are not a professional, but you should already know at least the basics of what it takes to be in this career field. We are not going to teach you how to use Discord or your own computer. However, we will be teaching everything you need to know, inorder to better yourself to enter your chosen career field.
