About This Internship
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
Candidate Coordination: Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and provide them with necessary information regarding the interview process.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of candidate information.
Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.
Documentation: Prepare and organize recruitment-related documents, including job descriptions, interview feedback, and candidate profiles.
Research: Stay informed about trends and best practices in talent acquisition, contributing fresh ideas to enhance our recruitment processes.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings, taking meeting minutes, and managing emails.

Requirements
You must have passion for gaming and esports! HYE GAMING puts heart into every project, we look for people who want to make a change.
For legal reasons, you must be a United States citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States. Exceptions are only for projects taking place outside of the United States.
You must be willing to work remote (have your own reliable computer) and have experience using computers, Discord, and Google Suits.
Please come prepared. As an intern, you are not a professional, but you should already know at least the basics of what it takes to be in this career field. We are not going to teach you how to use Discord or your own computer. However, we will be teaching everything you need to know, inorder to better yourself to enter your chosen career field.
